Appointment-only health fair events open to all residents of Northeast Tennessee and Southwest Virginia that include wellness checkups, school sports physicals, blood sugar checks, mental health screenings/consults, pap smears, lab work, and more at no cost to you.
About our Free Health Fair Events
In partnership with ETSU Quillen College of Medicine, we offer free health fairs. The Free Health Fair is open to anyone, whether you have health insurance or not!
The following health services are provided:
Medical Exam
Cholesterol & Blood Sugar Tests
Blood Pressure Checks
School & Sports Physicals
Mental Health Assessments
Any Other Health Concerns
and more!
